This policy describes how ARVEX™ collects, uses, and protects information provided by clinics that use the ARVEX Growth System, and information processed on behalf of those clinics.

1. Information we collect

Account and billing details provided at checkout (name, email, phone number, clinic name, specialty, and payment information processed by our payment provider), and usage data generated while using the platform.

2. How we use information

To deliver and support the contracted services, communicate about the account, process billing, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.

3. Patient information

Information about a clinic's patients is processed solely on the clinic's instructions to deliver the contracted services. We do not share patient information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Service providers

We use a limited set of vendors for hosting, communications, analytics, and payments. They may access information only as needed to perform services for us.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and role-based access controls.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as the account is active and afterwards as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
